Situated at Las Breñas, in the south of the island, Villa Alicia offers intelligent dream holidays in the calm. Las Breñas is a little lanzarotean village not yet very well known by tourists, overlooking Playa Blanca and the Atlantic Ocean. From Villa Alicia's garden there is a panoramic sea view, all the south western coast can be spotted. Villa Alicia is surrounded by zones that form part of the Reserve of the Biosphere, only a few kilometres to reach the National Park of Timanfaya, the site of Interest Janubio, not far from there the natural monument of the Island of Hawks is found and behind the house the natural Monument of los Ajaches, where at it's edge, the nicest beaches of Lanzarote are found. The charming and romantic apartment is prepared for groups between 2 to 6 persons. It is attached to the main house, 70 square metres of surface, counting 2 bedrooms, a place to cook, bathroom and salon with satellite TV that leads to a beautiful terrace just over the swimming pool. The canarian garden will allows you to discover typical plants and cactuses.

Annette and Bruno, the owners, live on the island since 8 years, she has German origins and she speaks as well Spanish, french, and English fluent, she is a professional in the tourism business, she used to be a grand hotel director in Austria, now retired, she has the "Savoir Faire" with her guests and will receive you in a delicate way, each decoration detail from the apartment has been studied and verified by her, she will await you with a welcome pack full of fresh fruits, champagne and mineral water. Breakfasts are excellent at their apartment, because she cooks her own cereal bread and makes home made fruits marmalade, and there are a variety of different tees. Sunday morning, surprise for breakfast, Annette will turn up with "special smoked salmon from Lanzarote on toast, and champagne".
As regards Bruno, he is a physic education teacher, and he is a passionate on geology. He teaches actually in Austria and during school holidays, he is in Lanzarote and proposes his guests some sport activities as trekking and mountain bike, that he has developed at the nearby mountains of Las Breñas, Femes and Playa Blanca, he will make you discover the aspects of Lanzarote from a different point of view.

The different accommodation prices are as follows:
4 adults at a price of 910€ per week, breakfast included, 2 bedrooms.
2 adults and 2 children (under 6) at a price of 570€ per week, breakfast included, 1 bedroom.
2 adults and 2 children (under 6) at a price of 770€ per week, breakfast included, 2 bedrooms.
